Managing your daily life - It doesn't matter how much you know about healthy eating and exercise or how much we can teach you, if you are unable to follow through on what you learn it won't do much good. We understand this, you don't have to learn how to cook if you don't want to. You don't have to train for a marathon to achieve multiple benefits from exercise. But you may be surprised at some of the activities and maybe even eating strategies we can incorporate into your lifestyle with minimal pain and suffering.
Managing Your Kitchen - Whether you manage your kitchen or we manage your kitchen you will struggle to reach your potential for healthier eating without having some control over what type of food you eat some or most of the time. We offer a wide variety of strategies to help you become a better eater.
Managing your activity levels - Exercise as we define it consists of your varying levels of activity throughout the entire day. Increasing the duration, varying the intensity levels, learning new activities and using time to your advantage are all parts of managing the exercise aspects of your day.
